Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Manage and lead a team of employees.
• Ensure compliance with cooperative society regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.

• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
