Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Manage and lead a team of employees.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a cooperative society or banking environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cooperative society operations and regulations.
